Singapore style spicy shrimp - just because I don’t have crabs to cook with spicy black pepper sauce. I used fresh ginger, garlic, evoo, butter, red and green chilies, ketchup, black peppercorns, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, coriander and cilantro for freshness. BON APPÉTIT!
